The Van Gogh Museum and CêlaVíta have partnered to inspire and connect 'the next generation of potato eaters'. The collaboration started at the end of September 2021 with the new exhibition 'The Potato Eaters, Miss or Masterpiece? '. The activities within the collaboration are aimed at underlining the importance of preserving the Dutch cultural heritage for current and future generations. To celebrate this special partnership, special consumer packaging is also being created.
Lithographed and printed as a masterpiece
Vincent van Gogh's painting is presented on Grandma's fresh potato packaging by CêlaVíta. To best show off Van Gogh's masterpiece, the design is lithographed by Volkers. The plates are also made here for printing the packaging. Everything to ensure that the artwork on the packaging does justice to the original.
