Volkers was commissioned to print the artwork for the AriZona brand for the special limited edition Overwatch 2 package developed by Bearfield - AriZona Europe. This package, consisting of 12 unique designs, was released exclusively for the German market. The PET bottles are produced in two sizes: 500 ml and 1 litre, and printed by two different printers: Fuji Seal (500 ml) and Sleever (1 litre) in rotogravure.
The artworks supplied by Jean Pettine Graphic Design had to be made suitable for production by two different printers with different specifications. Volkers placed the designs on the correct cutting dies, optimized the images for consistent color rendering, and made contract tests with the correct printing profiles. After approval from AriZona and the design agency, we delivered the print-ready files to the printers and sent color proofs for reference.
Thanks to tight coordination and technical expertise, the Limited Edition Overwatch 2 bottles were successfully produced. Despite production at two different printers, brand consistency is guaranteed. The bottles are printed with high accuracy, and the color rendering meets the expectations of AriZona and the design agency. This project underlines Volkers' expertise in artwork management and print preparation for complex international campaigns.
